Our approach is to focus on you, and to address your needs for your new bicycle. That may just be something to ride around the corner, or it might be to ride across the country, either way we’ve GOAT you covered. Our goal is to give you all the necessary tools to make a great purchase.

We provide with each and every one of our bikes a Lifetime Tune-Up Plan. It’s FREE to every one of our bike customers and offers all adjustments on that bicycle for free, FOR LIFE. We also offer the opportunity to purchase The Infinity Wrench, for your bicycle for $100. That means that no matter what the service that is required from Billy Goat Bicycle Company, you won’t pay a cent.

Infinity Wrench Service

($100 with bike purchase)

Our Lifetime Tune-Ups only cover adjustments, it doesn’t cover installations of any kind. Our Infinity Wrench covers all possible in house repairs that Billy Goat Bicycle Company offers, for a one time fee.
